I’m Chloe, a pastry chef from Lyon, France. Baking has always been my passion, and for many years I worked in busy cafés and restaurants creating desserts for customers every day. But eventually, I dreamed of opening my own small pastry studio somewhere warm and inspiring.
After visiting Turkey, I completely fell in love with the culture, the local sweets, and the relaxed lifestyle. I knew this was the perfect place to begin a new chapter.
