How to get a “To Whom It May Concern” letter in the UAE quickly and officially

Hey everyone! I recently moved to the UAE and quickly realized how tricky paperwork can be here . A few days ago, my bank asked me for a “To Whom It May Concern” letter, and later my landlord and HR at work mentioned the same thing. I tried to look online for templates, but most examples are either outdated or too vague. I’m worried that if the letter isn’t done properly, it might be rejected and I’ll have to redo everything. Has anyone actually gone through this recently? Where did you get the letter, and was it accepted without problems? Any tips, stories, or advice would be amazing — right now it feels like such a small document but a huge stress

Hi! I can completely relate . I went through exactly the same situation a few months ago, and at first I tried creating the letter myself. Big mistake — UAE authorities are very particular about official documents. After a couple of failed attempts, I decided to use a professional service and ordered a to whom it may concern letter through EGSH. The process was surprisingly fast — I submitted my documents online, and the official certificate was issued within minutes. It looked completely professional, included all necessary details, and was recognized by both my bank and employer without a single question. Honestly, it saved me a lot of time and stress. My advice: if you want it done right the first time, using a service like EGSH is definitely the way to go.
